How do I know which size will fit me best?
The best is to order the same size of shoes that you usually wear. Don’t use your sport shoes as a reference. Instead, check similar type of shoes, like leather shoes, or even some Birkenstock sandals. If you’ve already got a pair of shoes from our previous collection, then you know how our shoes fit. All our newer models are made in the same shoe last and fitting. Check more sizing infos here.
I need a half size. Can you make it for me?
We can make half-sizes, especially if the design is still in the pre-order phase. Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll check this possibility for you.
My new Liebre shoes feel a little stiff. What can I do?
Handmade leather shoes do feel a little stiff at the beginning and require some time to break in, but they’ll comfortably mold to your feet with wear. Our tip for making the process a little bit easier? Wear your shoes at home for a short time before going outside so that they can already start adjusting to the shape of your feet.
How do I measure my belt size?
Take a belt that you currently wear, lay it out straight on a table and measure the distance from the far end of its buckle to the hole you use. That measure is the size of the belt you need to order.
Can I shorten a belt myself?
That is possible. In fact, all our belts are built to be adjustable by using a screwdriver and scissors. We’ve explained the process in this youtube video.
How should I care for my shoes?
Three basic tips. First, always put a shoehorn inside your shoes after wearing them. Second, once per month apply a shoe balm to the leather in your shoes and cream them. Third, use protection cotton bags when you travel. Click in our care guide with extra tips for caring for your leather shoes. Can I wear your shoes and bags in the rain?
Yes, you can. The leather and most of our textiles (tweeds, tartans) are rainproof. Our silks and other cotton prints are resistant enough to rain water too. However, still we don’t recommend going swimming with our designs. The soles in our shoes have a rubber insert so that you’ve got a better grip in wet surfaces. However, the soles are made mostly of leather and will get damaged if they are in contact with water for a long time.
How quickly will my order be processed?
Orders with stock are processed and delivered on the following business day from the order.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but we can make changes before we ship your order. The best way to do so is to email us at email@example.com.
Will my order be exactly like the one pictured?
The design, type of leather and quality will be the same as in the pictures. However, depending on how the textiles are cut, the pattern will differ from piece to piece making each one unique and different.
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes, we use encryption to protect your details. Potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and card details are encoded so they can only be read on the secure server.
What methods can I use for payment?
In our online store, we accept payments done by credit card, bank transfer and PayPal.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to you is for free. We ship to all (ALL) countries in the world.
How fast is your shipping?
All orders in stock are shipped by next working day. Our deliveries go fast and take an average of about 3-7 working days to arrive. If you are making a pre-order, the delivery time will be explained in the product page.
Do you deliver to PO box addresses?
No. All of our couriers require a recipient signature to prove delivery of the item. This cannot be guaranteed at a PO Box address.
Who is responsible for additional taxes and duties?
We include the cost of taxes and duties in your order, so you won’t need to pay any additional fees.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to all countries in the world and shipping is free.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. Once your order is ready to be shipped, we’ll contact you per email and give you a tracking number to trace your package.

What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are possible for unworn items, if requested at email@example.com within 10 days of the date you receive your order. Returns and exchanges after this point will be denied. No returns or exchanges are accepted on sale items, make to order items or pre-orders. You are responsible for any return shipping charges if you decide to return or exchange an item.
Can I return something I purchased on sale?

How do I return something from my online order?
We are happy to accept returns, however you are responsible for any return shipping charges, duties or taxes, if you decide to return or exchange an item. We recommend using a traceable and insured service for your return, as Liebre Style is not responsible for items lost in transit. Where are your shoes, belts and bags made?
All our Liebre designs are made in Portugal by several families with a lot of years of experience in their particular craft.
Can you make a customized design for me?
If you need one of our existing shoes and bag designs to feature a different leather or textile, we could discuss about this. Contact us in email@example.com and we’ll get into the details with you.
How often do you launch new designs?
Sometimes monthly, sometimes each semester. The best way to keep on the loop is to register to our Newsletter.
The design I want is sold out, will you be getting more?
The product page will let you know if we are planning to restock it again and how long it will take to be shipped to you. You can also contact us in firstname.lastname@example.org if you need extra information.
What type of soles do your shoes have?
All our shoes are stitched following the Blake stitch method, and are made of leather. All our Oxfords and Boots feature leather soles with rubber inserts for a better grip on wet surfaces.
Can these shoes be resoled?
Yes! Our shoes are made using the Blake stitch construction. This method of stitching the soles to the uppers (versus cement construction or gluing together) allows the shoe to be repaired and resoled and ultimately provides our clients with an investment piece for many years to come.
Are your shoes long-lasting?
Yes. Our goal is to produce items for the long run and therefore we put a lot of focus on craftmanship and selecting resistant and high-quality materials to ensure that your Liebre design will be long-lasting.
Where can I find your shoes, belt and bags?
We are only selling Liebre designs through our online shop here.
For how long is a Gift Card valid?
12 months from the day of purchase.
Where can I use the Gift Card?
You can use it online with the code written in the card, and in the Liebre Store.
What currency do Gift Cards have?
Our Gift Cards can be issued in various currencies available for purchases online.
What happens if I lost my Gift Card?
Contact us immediately so that we can check if the coupon number is still active. We’ll need the name written in the card for this. If the coupon was not used we’ll send you another coupon per email. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to redo the wood card for you.
