Returns are possible for online orders, if the item is unworn, and if requested at email@example.com within 14 days of the date you receive your order. Returns after this point will be denied.
You are responsible for any return shipping charges if you decide to return an item.
Returned products must arrive back to Liebre Style within 15 days of the date you request the return.
OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
For returns from outside of the EU, please indicate on the package “RETURN, NO DUTIES” or your package will be returned to you. Liebre Style is not responsible for any custom fees or duties that may arise from returned packages.
Once we receive the returned item and confirm its unworn condition, we will be ready to process your refund. Please note that shipping costs for returns will not be refunded.
Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take a few days to reflect on your account. We will email you when your return has been received and confirmed, and once we have processed the refund in our bank.
If you receive your shoes and they do not fit right, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving them. Exchanges after this point will be denied. As long as the shoes are in an unworn condition, we will happily exchange them.
You are responsible for any exchange shipping charges if you decide to exchange an item.
Your shoes are considered faulty if they are received damaged. Damage because of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. We are happy to replace the faulty pair with a new one.
