We are sorry that your purchase did not work out for you! We would like to make anything possible to amend the situation. Contact us and we will try our best to find a solution that will make sense for you!


Please contact us at and let us know what happened. We will get back to you within 2 working days with a solution to your problem, or otherwise clear instructions on how to process the return.

Returns are possible within 10 days of receiving your order.


If you receive your limited edition shoes and they do not fit right, please contact us within 10 days of receiving them. As long as they are in an unworn condition, we will happily exchange them.

You may exchange your order for a different size, however, we cannot guarantee that the design of your dreams will still be available, as we carry only a few amounts of stocks of each of our designs (after all, we are special because of our limited editions!). We recommend you to contact us as soon as possible to make sure that we can work out a solution for your particular situation. If your dreamed design is not available anymore, we will be happy to give you a refund (please note that the original shipping amount will be subtracted from your refund) or exchange it by another of our designs.


Your shoes will be considered faulty if they are received damaged. Shoes damage because of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. We are happy to replace the faulty pair with a new one.

Since we carry small stocks of each design, it may happen that the same design of your order is not available anymore. We are very sorry for that and will be happy to give you a full refund once we have received and inspected the returned item. Another option could be to exchange your order for another of our limited edition designs.


Once we receive the returned item and confirm its unworn condition, we will process your credit immediately. Please note that the original shipping amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take a few days to reflect on your account. We will email you when your return has been received and confirmed, and once we have processed the refund in our bank.


If you decide to return an item, you are responsible for any return/exchange shipping charges.
