RETURN POLICY AND CONDITIONS

RETURNS

Returns are possible for unworn items, if requested at info@liebrestyle.com within 10 days of the date you receive your order. Returns after this point will be denied.

Returns are not accepted on Sale items.

You are responsible for any return shipping charges if you decide to return an item. Returned products must arrive back to Liebre Style within 20 days of the date you receive your order.

OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

For returns from outside of the EU, please indicate on package “RETURN, NO DUTIES” or your package will be returned to you. We unfortunately cannot take responsibility for duties and customs. If you decide to return your product and you are based outside of the EU, we will not be responsible for any duties/customs that you have paid.

If your merchandise is returned to us due to a failure to pay customs or duties, you will be charged the cost of shipping and refunded the remaining amount. By purchasing from Liebre Style you understand that duties may be required to import the products into your destination country. Liebre Style is not responsible for any customs fees or duties.

REFUNDS

Once we receive the returned item and confirm its unworn condition, we will be ready to process your refund. Please note that Liebre Style’s shipping costs will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take a few days to reflect on your account. We will email you when your return has been received and confirmed, and once we have processed the refund in our bank.

EXCHANGES

If you receive your shoes and they do not fit right, please contact us at info@liebrestyle.com within 10 days of receiving them. Exchanges after this point will be denied. As long as the shoes are in an unworn condition, we will happily exchange them.

Exchanges are not accepted on Sale items.

You are responsible for any exchange shipping charges if you decide to exchange an item.

FAULTY ITEMS

Your shoes are considered faulty if they are received damaged. Damage because of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. We are happy to replace the faulty pair with a new one.
